Two years ago during my internship in Amsterdam I already bought a museum card, the so called museumkaart. The idea behind that card is simple as well as it is brilliant. Adults only have to pay 35,- euro per year, while children have to pay 17,50 euro per year. More than 400 museums all over the Netherlands participate in that system. The motto of the card is: Pay once, use unlimited (for a one year).
